Warranty Coverage

World Aesthetix devices are backed by a robust warranty. Professional devices receive a 36-month warranty, while handheld devices and other specified equipment are covered for 12 months. The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use, excluding normal wear and tear, accessories, and consumable parts such as tips and handpieces.

Disposables

Disposables required for device operation may be purchased through World Aesthetix, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with hygiene standards.

Maintaining Warranty

Warranty validity requires completion of a training and certification course provided by World Aesthetix. Damage from untrained use, misuse, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications will void the warranty.

Claims and Returns

Any damages or issues such as scratches or missing parts must be reported within 7 days of receipt to World Aesthetix Customer Service.

Return Policy

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery for malfunctioning equipment and require prior authorization from our customer service. Items must be returned in unused, new condition in their original packaging. Items returned without the original packaging or in used condition are subject to a 30% restocking fee. World Aesthetix reserves the right to refuse returns based on the condition of the returned item.

Financing and Non-Refundable Items

Products purchased through third-party or in-house financing are not eligible for returns or refunds. Handheld devices, accessories, furniture, and skincare products are non-refundable. If these items arrive damaged, contact World Aesthetix within 7 days.

Packaging and Shipping

Customers are responsible for properly packaging products for return to prevent damage during transit. Any damage due to inadequate packaging is the customer’s responsibility. Accessories must be individually wrapped and the unit’s screen covered to prevent damage.

Custom Products

Custom products are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes, or alterations.

Refund Process

Refunds, contingent upon the equipment’s condition and pre-authorization, will be processed within 90 days. Refunds cover only the cost of the equipment/products; shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

3.1. Sales transactions are final upon payment and acceptance of the purchased medical device.

3.3. Warranty terms for purchased medical devices are specified at the time of sale and are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policies.
