It is a guided, two sided commitment. When you complete the training, show up to coaching, and implement what is provided, we can confidently guarantee pre booked visits and stand behind it with a money back performance guarantee.
1. Enrollment and immediate access
Once you enroll as a Launch Partner you receive immediate access to:
- Online Training Portal with device, sales, and launch modules
- Your assigned Success Coach for weekly one on one coaching
- Weekly live Q and A and implementation calls
- Sales scripts, pricing templates, and consultation flows
- Pre booking funnel strategy and patient journey map
- SPARK Program materials that support internal marketing and positioning

2. Required online training modules
Completion of all assigned online modules is required in order to qualify for the pre booking guarantee and the performance guarantee. The modules cover:

Your responsibilities with marketing
Approve content when requested, respond to leads in a timely manner, follow the lead handling and consultation process, and keep your coach updated on what is happening in your calendar so we can optimize.
6. Implementation criteria and partner responsibilities
Because this is a performance based program, there are clear criteria to remain eligible for the guarantees. Launch Partners are expected to:
- Complete all required online training modules
- Attend scheduled one on one coaching sessions or reschedule in advance
- Attend live Q and A or watch replays and apply what is taught
- Follow the provided scripts for phone calls and consultations
- Use the recommended pricing and package structure, or agree on adjustments with your coach
- Implement the funnel, follow up, and in clinic systems provided
- Provide proof of implementation when requested, such as screenshots or call notes

7. The 30 day pre booking guarantee

8. Your role in selling the packages
We bring the paid pre booked visits. You and your team are responsible for selling the full treatment packages during those consultations.
You receive:

- Package and price presentation templates
- Objection handling frameworks
- Follow up email and SMS sequences
- Call and consultation review with your coach
You agree to use these tools, follow the structure, and provide feedback so we can help you improve conversion rates.
9. Money back performance guarantee and No Orphan policy
If you meet the program criteria and we do not deliver the guaranteed pre booked visits within the defined launch window, you qualify for the performance guarantee.
To qualify you must:
- Complete all online training modules
- Attend or properly reschedule all one on one coaching sessions
- Attend or watch replays for live Q and A and apply what is taught

- Use the sales scripts and consultation flow as provided

If all criteria are met and the guarantee is not met you may choose:

- An additional month of intensive support at no additional cost
